"I suffer horribly from carpal tunnel syndrome, a repetitive stress injury which is extremely painful. I wear wrist splints every night, and I use an ergonomic keyboard and mouse during the day to try to minimize the pain.
When the Smartfish ErgoMotion Laser Mouse arrived, I was scared to try it for fear of stressing my hands even further, and my right hand (mouse hand) is my biggest problem.
But with the hope that this mouse might be an improvement, I went for it.
I was so happy to see it was a cordless mouse, and even happier to see that that it had an on/off switch underneath in order to conserve battery power when not in use. I love that!
The plug-and-play mouse has a nano-tranceiver which conveniently stores in the mouse itself. The tranceiver plugs into the USB port of your computer and provides an uninterrupted connection.
I have not had one moment when it skips or lags for me, unlike my other mouse.
The wireless connection is excellent! But the stand-out appeal for me is in the design. It has the smoothest, sweetest swivel, roll, and pivot movement, so that it's never in a fixed position. The motion of the mouse is in direct response to how I move my hand and wrist, allowing me to make far more natural movements.
In other words, I control the mouse instead of the mouse controlling me.
And it feels good, so good that I'm not going back to my other mouse.
True Love Always."
